The lost dog café is arguably the best restaurant in Binghamton if not the southern tier. The menu has more of an international flair to it than anything else. Everything is homemade and extremely tasty! It is impossible to label this place. The atmosphere is certainly funky and eclectic. Local and regional art is always being exhibited, while bands and other community events can be found on their web site. The staff is friendly and attentive while the food is delicious and reasonably priced.
